When Masaru realizes that there is nothing he can do at his current strength, he comes to the conclusion that he needs to become stronger. He is then surrounded by his Digisoul and gets a new stage of power by his resolve. Even DATS HQ picks up the sudden surge, giving Commander Sampson and Kudamon an assumption that GeoGreymon is evolving. Using his new Digisoul, Masaru gets GeoGreymon evolving into RizeGreymon.
