Mix until well combined and set aside. • 00:10 Mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher in a large mixing bowl. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well until incorporated. • 00:17 Add the eggs one by one, and mix well until a bit fluffy and pale. • 00:21 Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture. It becomes a bit sticky but don’t worry.
