Dad said I can't call it marmalade as that can only be made with oranges from Seville! • I use Fruttapec 2:1 to make my jams. It is an ingredient that you add to the sugar and it speeds up the gelling process. Just makes the whole process easier. • A few days of bad weather have been forecast...yes, again... and just as I about to go out there is a whopper of a storm. • Carlo has been working these last few days and so has not appeared in this video, sorry! • Want more of life in Positano?
