We got a new Titan fitness belt squat!!! In this video, the DH crew will be showing you how to use the belt squat. • The belt squat machine is a great way for you to build your lower body without having to put a lot of load on your spine. • You can also use it to do rows and other great movements as well! • To use this you want to start by picking the right size belt for you(we have two). • Then squat down and attach the belt to the clip before standing back up • once you raise the arms up you pull the safety back and the belt squat ready to go!!! • • Don't forget to visit https://www.dedicatedhealthgym.com/ for all fo your training and supplement needs! we have in-person and online trainers along with programs available.
