Tartolet recipe : • *Dough Ingredients:* • 100 grams of cold butter • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar • 1 egg • vanillin • 2 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour • *Preparation:* • 1. Mix the cold butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. • 2. Add the egg and mix. • 3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. • 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. (I made the cream and dough the night before.) • 5. Place the dough on the counter and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper, then cut it using a cutter. Place it on the back of a cupcake tin. • 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown. • *Pastry Cream* • 2.5 cups of milk • Half a cup of sugar • 2 tablespoons of flour • 2 tablespoons of starch • 1 egg yolk • *After cooking:* • 1 packet (75 grams) of powdered whipped cream • vanillin • *Cream Preparation:* • 1. Put all the ingredients except for the whipped cream and vanilla into a saucepan and cook while constantly stirring. • 2. After it cools down, add the powdered whipped cream and vanilla and beat until smooth. • 3.
