Badminton Grips come in two different categories • 1)Rubber Grip • a) Replacement Grip • b) Overgrip • 2) Towel Grip • I used the rubber grip for close to 8 years before switching to the towel grip as my training got more intensive. I love the cushion and grip from the rubber grip but it gets way too slippery when it's wet (I broke a racket from this before) • Unless you perspire very little in the palm and forearm area, I highly recommend using the towel grip with a sports wristband. • Additionally, powders sold by Badminton Manufacturers are useful products to help give you better grip too!
