Do you know that there are levels of food processing? • Yeah. First of all, there's unprocessed, right? Go pick a berry and eat it! • And then there's minimally processed. If you take that same berry and dry it, then it's minimally processed. • Now take that berry, add certain syrups and preservatives, maybe make a jelly out of it. That's processed. • And then you have the ultra-processed foods. For that berry example, you take that berry and maybe it's no longer a berry, maybe just the essence or berry flavor into a soft drink. That would be the ultra-processed version. So take a look at your daily routine.
