Wekiwa Springs State Park Apopka FL

In our next video of the Tour of Springs, we take a look at Wekiwa Springs State Park in Apopka, FL. This park offers a multitude of activities, ranging from canoeing/kayaking, swimming, hiking, camping, and even horseback riding. Miles of trails can be explored on foot and rivers can be paddled for hours. We started our day by renting a canoe and traveling down river to Wekiva Island, spotting many alligators and other wildlife along the shores. Once finished, we hopped into the water and swam around the head spring to enjoy the refreshing water. The cracks and crevasses were amazing and deep. Finally, we explored some of the trails and even explored the nearby campsite. The place was truly massive!
