The Ram 1500 has in recent years been my favorite pickup truck. It is available with a number of different engines (including a monster 6.2L supercharged V8), it has one of the most spacious cabins, and can carry or tow more than enough for the average person’s needs. In 2022, is there any way to improve this truck? • The last Ram 1500 that I test drove had the EcoDiesel engine. It returned great fuel economy numbers and had plenty of torque but it still had the traditional diesel sound that is not as pleasing to the ears. This 2022 Ram 1500 Limited has the classic Hemi V8. But with a sprinkle of modern technology. The 5.7L V8 produces 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque (295 kW 556 Nm) and is assisted by a 48-volt mild hybrid system that Ram calls eTorque. This is a belt driven electric motor/generator that can provide an additional 130 lb-ft of torque (176 Nm) when it’s needed. • The Ram 1500 2022 is offered in a variety of trim levels and even more options within each trim. This Limited trim starts at $80,595 CAD ($61,695 USD, 4×2) with this demo vehicle being equipped to the tune of $98,300 CAD ($79,940 USD). • ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฒ: / mgreviewsblog • ----- • #Ram1500 #Hemi #Review #Ramtrucks #trucks #pickuptruck #testdrive #hemietorque • ----- • Vehicle provided by โช@RamTrucksCanadaโฌ • ----- • ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ .๐.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ • Facebook: / mgreviews • Instagram: / mgreviews • Twitter: / mg_reviews • Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.ca/mgreviews/ • ----- • ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป • 0:00 Intro - Don't Forget to Subscribe :) • 1:18 Performance - What is eTorque? • 5:47 Comfort - Is the Ram 1500 still a luxury truck? • 9:42 Odds and Ends - What gadgets does the Ram 1500 have? • 11:11 Conclusion - Is the Ram 1500 still king of the hill?
