BJP leader Nisith Pramanik condemned the West Bengal Police’s use of water cannons, tear gas, and lathi charges during peaceful protest over the RG Kar Medical College rape-murder case, which left 17 women party workers injured. Pramanik also informed that he and 24 other party workers were detained during the demonstration at the DM office.
