Quick and Easy Recipe How to make TOM TOM BREADFRUIT HAITIAN FOOD

Welcome back to my channel and today we will be make tom-tom and name they have called in Africa is fufu :) • Tiktok has made try new and different thing...this is my 1st making thing • Let's get started • You will need: • Breadfruit • water • a pinch of salt • Something to smash the breadfruit ;) • Cut the breadfruit into 4 and Peel off the skin of the breadfruit. In a medium pot add in the breadfruit and add the water half way from the breadfruit. Cook for 25- 40 minutes until it is soft • Smash the breadfruit...When smashing if the breadfruit get to sticky drizzle a little bit water. • Ya'll the first breadfruit was suggest lol it was hard I couldn't smash it • Thank God I brought two...I was going to use the other one for fry breadfruit and fry salted fished but I guess that is not happening lol • • Serve with stew/sauce amazing meat ;) • Thank you for watch...
