Like Ohio State’s Justin Fields Oklahoma’s Jalen Hurts, Buechele transferred to SMU had a great first season. • Instead of being in Ehlinger’s shadow, Buechele is finally able to showcase his ability is leading SMU to it’s best season in years. The Mustangs haven’t been ranked this high since the reinstatement of it’s program.
