SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — When it comes to Broadway musicals there is nothing like Hamilton from its record-breaking ticket sales, Tony awards and Grammy wins. This crowd favorite returns to the Eccles Theater for the entire month of August and KUTV’s Kristen Kenney catches up with the talented lead. • “I always, always, always wanted and envisioned myself, you know, kind of downstage center playing the guy, carrying the weight of the part,” says Florida native Blaine Alden Krauss, who plays the lead role of Alexander Hamilton. • Before landing the coveted lead role, Krauss was a standby for Hamilton, Aaron Burr, and King George for about four years, he says. He talks to Kenney about the various roles, what makes this production so unique, and the things he enjoys about his stop in Utah. • FULL STORY: https://kutv.com/news/eye-on-utah/eye... • Hit the subscribe button to stay up to date on the latest news and turn on notifications to get alerted when the big stories break as we bring them to you live!
