Gosh, since starting this season and up until last night, it took me 67 battles (while many more have hundreds and hundreds) but I am not a fan of my win to loss ratio: 37W/30L. This was the toughest Kombat League season, to date. • Wait for the end! • 00:00 - 00:09 Intro • 1st set is vs Raiden (deafride). I won. Not too much of a handful. As the matches progressed, they became more and more of a force! • 00:10 - 04:56 vs Raiden (deafride) • 2nd set is vs Reptile (NoLxmitLito). I won. Tricky lizards are fun to slither along with while on the battle ground. Great job keeping the spacing at Reptile's advantage, though it keeps you open to my normal low sai. Nice corner neutral jump and grab; that's one of my go-tos! Cool Mavado trap combo conversions! That was fun! Thanks for keeping me on my toes! ‪@nolxmitlito‬ is this you? • 04:57 - 13:27 vs Reptile (NoLxmitLito) • 3rd set is vs Mileena (Rony_154). I lost. This was an incredibly fast Mileena. I hope to be as fast as this crazy chick. The ability to be fast and mix-up with Khameleon was cool. Woohoo sister! • 13:28 - 17:23 vs Mileena (Rony_154) • 4th set is vs Liu Kang (this_is_zero999). I lost. I was starting off really well! However, this Liu is really good at blocking the stupid mistakes I seem to always do, lol. • 17:24 - 23:12 vs Liu Kang (this_is_zero999) • 5th set is vs Omni Man (iOutlawX5). I lost. It certainly was not for a lack of trying as this was an incredible Omni player. I thought I could pull through, but I couldn't figure out how to deal with the low hat/jump kick. I can't block both and I think that would've been the perfect time for a yolo-up-tele- kick? • 23:13 - 33:46 vs Omni Man (iOutlawX5) • 6th set is vs Quan Chi (dried-total). I lost. This was some nice gameplay! I don't fight Quan Chis regularly, so it was like learning how to deal with the match-up. That's cool that the portal that follows me gives Quan armor if he is in your face. Bam! • 33:47 - 42:12 vs Quan Chi (dried-total) • 7th set is vs Sindel (sand-err). I won. I was doing really well until this Sindel started to make a comeback towards the end. I do apologize for the rank block! • 42:13 - 47:54 vs Sindel (sand-err) • 8th set is vs Havik (Ratarosa123). I won. This Havik player did seem to know some real good combos and set-ups with their Sub-Zero kameo, but they were so jump and many of Havik's toolkit are slow to start up, so that really did leave them open to my sai attacks, both melee and projectiles. • 47:55 - 54:43 vs Havik (Ratarosa123) • 9th set is vs Kenshi (RandomSelect631). I lost. The power of the teamwork that is a Sento player...not a Kenshi player, but a Sento player. It is so incredibly frustrating to not be able to do much about 2 characters smacking you down on both ends. I did start off the first match nicely, though. I am sure that was just a ploy to see my gameplay really quick so the player could adapt and adjust. • 54:44 - 01:00:35 vs Kenshi (RandomSelect631) • 10th set is vs Kitana (Kuwata_FBoi). I lost. At one point, I was thinking that I was going to win, but you know me and my silly mistakes that I make in the heat of the moment. Very fun Kitana! • 01:00:36 - 01:11:01 vs Kitana (Kuwata_FBoi) • 11th set is vs Liu Kang (SloppyStavii). I won. That was a really close match!! This Liu Kang player does know strings and how to use Janet to keep them as safe as possible. I do not think that Janet is the best kameo for this crouch-block playstyle. Perhaps maybe Motaro? They would get the blasts from the tail, protection from projectiles, and the ability to combo of Liu's throw. Oh, silly quitalities. ‪@SloppyStavii‬ is this you? • 01:11:02 - 01:15:22 vs Liu Kang (SloppyStavii) • 12th set is vs Havik (Shotgun_sherman). I won. This was a fun fight, especially since the player started to talk to me and we were able to not just chat but demonstrate good sportsmanship and enjoy your fighting time together. I feel like this is how all fights should be able to go: even if you lose, talk to the player (it may distract them) and get some insights to a match-up you're not familiar with! • 01:15:23 - 01:20:17 vs Havik (Shotgun_sherman) • 13th set is vs General Shao (CJP24). I won. Gosh, this Shao had some nice moves! This player kept correctly blocking my F23 string but stayed blocking and would get hit by the overhead of my 12 string quite a few times. It happens when I fight a Mileena player, too; so don't feel too bad! • 01:20:18 - 01:24:54 vs General Shao (CJP24) • 14th set is vs Sub-Zero (CaseOne_04). I won. This was a very good Sub-Zero player. I was handing out (while muted) compliments on the reactions I was getting. I was able to pull out a final win. And when I won, I heard Gay. That's right. I am gay. Shut up and take it, bitch. You like that, don't you? Yeah, that's right. Shhhhhh....fucking swallow it. Your ignorance, that is. Thanks for the rank up! • 01:24:55 - 01:32:07 vs Sub-Zero (CaseOne_04) • 01:32:07 - 01:32:33 Rank 6 Rewards • 01:32:34 - 01:32:55 Cast Credits
