PART 2 • Kubota BX2380 with 5.3 hrs has 2nd pr... • IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: With only 5.3 hours my Kubota BX2380 had a second problem. The mower height control dial mechanism had limited rotation and would not go to the TOP position. It worked fine prior to this fully rotating in a CW direction. • The dealer [Meyer Implement Co. in Ridgeville Corners, Ohio] picked the tractor up on Oct. 25th and delivered it on Oct. 27th. BUT…the problem was never fixed??? They told me over the phone that grease was put on the cam [see page 174 of the Parts Catalog]. • A call I made to Kubota customer service stated grease never should be used on the cam. When I was told grease was used I knew that was no fix nor should it have been put on the cam to collect dirt, grass, etc. They are picking the tractor back up on Monday, Oct. 30th. I will do part 2 when this gets fixed properly. • I am putting this up on my YouTube channel so Kubota Corp., the dealer, and the regional service rep know what the issue is rather than just communicate over the phone or email.
