How To Mod Fallout 3 (Download Links At Bottom): • ****DO NOT SET OVER LVL 30 IN EDITOR • Step 1: Load up your Fallout 3 Game Save. • Step 2: Save your game save to your Usb/Flash-drive • Step 3: Open up your Usb/Flash-drive Explorer and Extract your Fallout 3 Game Save to a place that you will remember. • Step 4: Open up the Fallout 3 Game Save Mod Tool. • Step 5: Open up your Game Save in the Mod Tool and edit your Inventory and Stats. • Step 6: When done, Save and exit the Mod Tool. • Step 7. Rehash and Resign your Save Game. • Step 8: Open your Usb/Flash-drive Explorer and delete your unmodded gamsave and replace it with the modded game save! • Step 9: Load up your game save!
