This is a video I’ve wanted to film since first beginning my channel. Join me as we pay our respects to the comedic actor, Jim Varney. James Albert Varney Jr., better known as Ernest P. Worrell, his most famous character role, was born June 15, 1949 and passed away February 10, 2000. He was an Emmy Award winning American actor and comedian who appeared in many films and television commercial advertising campaigns. In fact, I knew him best from his Trauth Dairy commercials from local Cincinnati broadcsting! Apart from the role of Ernest, he also played Jed Clampett in a film adaptation of The Beverly Hillbillies and was the voice of Slinky Dog in Toy Story among many others.
