I could not swallow a pill until I was 26 years old. No amount of coaching or tips seemed to help me. I am happy to report that now I swallow all the time! Big or small, the size doesn’t matter. I can swallow more than one at a time. Since I have learned how to do it, I have been successful in teaching others that have also struggled with swallowing.
