Removing VERY Stuck Crank Arm With Damaged Threads

I battle to remove a hard stuck crank arm with damaged threads. I managed to get it off. If it hadn't come off when it did, my next step was to heat up the crank arm with a heat gun while the puller had it under pressure. The aluminum might have expanded slightly allowing it to break loose. • p.s. Pre-1982 Stronglight cranksets used a 23.35mm puller tool. But this was a later model that takes a common 22mm puller. The drive side came off off fine with the Park Tool puller. • The three jaw puller used in this video is a 4 puller from Harbor Freight. • ▶ SUBSCRIBE HIT THE 🔔 http://bit.ly/SubRJTheBikeGuy • 👍 And please give my video a thumbs up 👍 • ▶FACEBOOK.com/RJTheBikeGuy •   / rjthebikeguy   • ▶TOOLS • http://www.rjthebikeguy.com/tools • ▶SHIRTS • http://bit.ly/RJBikeGuyShirts • ▶WEBPAGE • http://www.RJTheBikeGuy.com
