Overall, so far, I think it is a great buy as it cleaned everything perfectly and even made my porch its original color. I thought my porch was just weathered wood but it ended up being a nice red color underneath all the dirt and mold (obviously the last owners never washed it at all). Again, I bought it at Harbor Freight for $99.99 on sale Item # 69488
