Decline Crunch - Abs Exercise • 💪 Subscribe channel:    / mytrainingapp   • (Starting Position) • To begin, hook your feet under the rolls of a declined bench and lie back on it. • Then, place your hands on the sides of your head with your elbows pointing out to help stabilize yourself. This is the starting position. • (First Movement) • Now, exhale as you use your abs to curl your torso off the bench while raising your shoulders and keeping your lower back on the bench. • (Second Movement) • Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly lower your torso back to the starting position. • (General Advice) • Concentrate on your abs throughout this exercise. Only your torso should move, so be sure to keep your neck stationary.
