At various times, members of the Van der Linde Gang will ask Arthur Morgan (i.e. you) to get some sort of special item for them. This quests can happen at any time of the game, but mostly between Chapters 2 and 3. When you do it and bring the item back to them, they'll some times reward you. You also get a small honor boost.
