The GenRad 14 33 Series is the de facto choice for a precision lab grade decade resistor. Tens of thousands of these instruments have been sold over the years to R and D facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, and industry. The 14 33 performance and reliability are legendary. IET continues to manufacture, repair and support the 14 33 series to the same exacting standards as GenRad. • • IET has expanded the original GenRad line from 18 to 35 models; offering a more extensive choice of resistance ranges, from one Milli-Ohm up to over 111 Meg-Ohms. From one decade up to eleven decades. (Throughout paragraph Show the three models from lowest to highest. Go back to mid range unit as that is the most popular.) • • Resistance accuracy is better than point zero one percent. The zero-resistance is less than one milli-ohm per decade. Depending on the decade, the stability is as good as twenty P P M a year and the temperature co-efficient is as good as five P P M per degree C. A C resistance up-to 5 mega-hertz, and shunt capacitance, are both well characterized. • • If the 1433 units do not meet your needs, IET offers 19 other families of decade resistors and standards with features like lower performance at a lower cost, • very high power, higher accuracy, very high resistance and computer controlled • programmable versions.
