#dcs #dcsworld #flightsimulator • Hey guys this is the next installment of our Operation Burning Sands campaign, where we bring the fictional nations and factions of the old Strike Fighters series of flight simulators to life within ‪@EagleDynamicsTV‬'s DCS World! • In this mission the 6th Royal Armored Division is back on the offensive with the objective of capturing the City of Palmyra, the Palmyra Airfield and the surrounding Oil Fields. This is one of the largest CAS efforts in the history of the Royal Dhimar Air Force, with nearly 50 jets and helicopters providing close air support and battlefield air interdiction for two human controlled JTACs, and myself as the Forward Air Controller Airborne or FAC(A). • This mission was once again record breaking with over 1500 ground units engaged in the battle, with human controlled ground units thanks to the DCS Combined Arms module. Enemy forces were gathered in 3 defensive lines with reserves ready to launch a counter attack against our friendly Armored Corps pushing forward towards Palmyra. • This massive mission would not have been possible without the support of Fox 3 Managed Solutions and their amazing DCS World Multiplayer Servers.
