Temperament Styles, originating with psychologist Karl Jung, have been expanded by David Keirsey. This short slide set allows the viewer to become acquainted with the 16 types. But, for example, most people are not either introvert or extravert but somewhere on a scale in between the extremes. Each temperament is like that. There are four scales with four extremes. When put together there are 16 main types with infinite chemistry depending where on the scale each exist in a given person. Each temperament type represents a window through which a person sees the world. We need each other to see reality as it is rather than how we are. Teams, marriages, parenting, etc can benefit greatly in understanding self and colleagues, partners or children so as to act with synergy!
