Upstate Angler Conesus Lake FLIPPING THROWDOWN

Hey everyone catching up with videos before winter and here is the next installment of our flipping smackdown from Conesus Lake. I had never been there prior to this except one half day of just scouting the lake the week before. We had a few spots that we felt were good starting places we really didn't know how good they would be. From start to finish we pretty much flipped a 1oz Picasso Lures tungsten Gunmetal flipping weight and Missle D Bomb on 60lb No-Fade braid. This is my go to set up on a Denali N3 flipping stick. From the word go till it was time to weigh in we were catching them left and right. I probably caught more 2-3 pound fish here than any lake I have been to in New York. We battled hard and fished clean and at the end of the day managed almost 18lbs and a 6th place finish. This was a great point tournament for us and never really being here we were glad to walk out with a top 10 for sure. It was a great season with Upstate Anglers and this would be our last points event for my partner and myself. With this finish and him stepping in to fish one more we were able to pull out a 4th place points finish for the season. This was against some of the best anglers in the state so we were very happy to have finished where we did.
