Beat 1 egg until foamy. • 2. Add 1/2 cup water and 2tbsp cooking oil. Then mix. • 3. Add the pancake mix (200g) and whisk until smooth. • 4. Prepare a frying pan. Set your flame to very low heat to achieve a perfect brown pancake. • 5. Brush the pan with cooking oil or butter. • 6. Pour 1tbsp batter into the pan. • 7. When the edge looks dry (after 1-2mins), turn pancake over and cook the other side for about 40sec - 1min. • 8. Then transfer it to a serving plate. • 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter. • You can make 13pcs mini pancakes for this recipe. • Your pancake breakfast is ready.
