Rafael has been diagnosed with OCD and high functioning Autism. He has been working on his ocd for over two years now and you can definitely see a marked change in his anxiety and behavior. He has more control over his anxiety and has less of a meltdown when he is experiencing an OCD moment. A lot of people asked me to do an update on how his OCD is now, so I made this video to show you how he reacts to anxiety from OCD. Currently, he is doing great! A year ago, if any of these things would have happened, he would have had an uncontrollable meltdown. OCD is short for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Exposure therapy is the treatment we use for Rafael's OCD.
