Lovebirds Roseicollis Aviary Tuesday May 25th 2021

This is our peach-faced lovebirds. Here you can see there are 2 new birds which are light blue and olive green (slate). They have white heads and a little orange on their foreheads. They are the children of a pair of green pallid opalines. • Previously these birds did not like vegetables. But after some time with us, they started eating vegetables and even liked them. Here you can see them eating sweet corn and some green leaves. We hope it will provide them with the nutrition they need. • Meanwhile, from this aviary there is only one nest box containing lovebird chick. Other nest boxes contain only a lot of eggs. We do not know whether the eggs are fertile or infertile. For now we are just waiting.
