Whenever there is a picnic, I am asked to bring this potato salad :) It is super creamy with a blend of mayonnaise and mustard, and very easy to make at home! • Subscribe for more videos now! http://bit.ly/nefistv-subscribe-yt-dt • Ingredients • 4 potatoes • 2-3 leaves of lettuce, chopped • 4-5 strips of spring onion, chopped • Dressing • 6 tbsp of mayonnaise • 2 tbsp of mustard • Salt pepper • Preparation • 1- In a small bowl, combine 6 tbsp of mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of mustard, salt and pepper. • 2- In a separate bowl, combine 4 cooked and cut potatoes with the sauce and mix gently. • 3- Add finely chopped 4-5 strips of spring onion and 2-3 leaves of chopped lettuce. • 4- Mustard potato salad is ready to serve.
