If you want to be a PSA Flight Attendant, start here! • ✈✈✈✈ • This unofficial video (the first in a three-part series) explains the branding and culture you'll need to know to excel in your PSA flight attendant interview. • Abbie Unger of Flight Attendant Career Connection shares a little about her time as a PSA FA as well as the information that will make you a better prepared candidate. • Part 2:    • PSA Airlines Flight Attendant Video I...   • Part 3:    • Virtual  Group Flight Attendant Inter...   • Links Mentioned in this Video: • PSA Airlines Culture Page: https://www.psaairlines.com/culture • Who's Hiring List: https://abbieunger.mykajabi.com/airli... • FAC Hub Information: https://www.abbieunger.org/fac-hub-in... • Free 4 Part FA Interview Skills Training:    • Flight Attendant Interview Skills 4-P...   • Preparation Package: https://abbieunger.mykajabi.com/prepa... • More PSA Facts: • PSA Airlines is a regional carrier and wholly-owned subsidiary of American Airlines. This means they are owned by the same parent company as AA which means they receive some of the same benefits and perks you get with flying for a mainline: new uniforms, better flight benefits, and other extras. (Envoy and Piedmont are also wholly-owned by American.) • PSA recently sent out an invitation to a couple of virtual information sessions they are holding beginning tomorrow. Those sessions filled up super quick. If you weren’t able to get a spot, don’t fret. PSA was clear in their communication that attending a session will not give you a better a chance of getting an interview. (Although I’m sure the session will be inspiring and informational. If you do get to attend, we would love a recap of what was covered!) • Here’s some quick facts you need to know before you apply: • • Their name is PSA Airlines • • Crew bases are in DCA, CLT, DAY, PHL (the PSA website still lists ORF and TYS as bases, but I believe they closed a few months ago. • • Training is paid, 4 weeks long, and held in DAY • • Starting pay is $19.38 (this is industry leading) • • Height requirement: taller than 5’2 and no taller than 6’0 • • Must be 21 to apply • • They operate CRJ 700 and 900 (both are 2 FA aircraft) • • PSA represents American Airlines and all they stand for. You’ll want to be familiar with the AA brand when you interview with PSA. • • There’s a full description of the “PSA Way” on the website you should read, but here are the core values: • o Imperatives • o Passion • o Safety • o Respect • o Professional Excellence • o Preparedness
