In this lesson we go right back to the basics of boogie woogie. We start by finding middle C and off we go learning a simple walking bass left hand and a simple right hand riff to match. It should suit the very new players and you need absolutely no knowledge of piano or sheet music to learn it. • This is boogie woogie the way it was taught in the barrel houses of the early 1900’s. Here a tune, watch someone play it and just copy it until you have it, or even better have your own take on it. Done learn it note for note, afterall iplay it slightly different every time.
