It will cost about R4 billion to upgrade and rehabilitate Hammanskraal's Rooiwal Waste Water Treatment Works. The Water and Sanitation Department announced this during a joint briefing with the City of Tshwane in Pretoria. It also outlined what has been done to deal with the cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal.
