Cut the onion and carrot. • 2. In a saucepan, add the butter, and onion, and sauté for about 5 min. • 3. Add the garlic cloves, ginger, and salt, and sauté for about 1 min. • 4. Add carrot and water. Boil until carrots are tender. • 5. Mix with the blender. Add the cream and combine with a spoon. If needed, add more salt to taste. • 6. Serve it with toast or garlic toast. • 7. Enjoy it!
