The 10 Plagues kick off the story of the Exodus. Moses returns from the land of Midian to the court of Pharaoh and asks for the Hebrew to be released from bondage. Pharaoh refuses and a series of increasingly more terrible plagues strike the land of Egypt. Is this all literary imagination or could there be something historical here? We'll explore one option on how we can understand the phenomenon of the 10 plagues. • If you are interested in learning more about this topic we suggest you start here: • James K.
