There are habitable zones around stars where the conditions on a planet are ideal for liquid water to exist (and therefore life as we know it to exist). Then there are galactic habitable zones that balance radiation from intergalactic space and radiation from the central supermassive black holes. But is there such a thing as Universal habitable zone? Is there somewhere in the Universe that is the most habitable? • My new book 'Space: The 10 Things You Should Know' is out now worldwide (except US Canada) on September 5th 2019!
