German police car responding: • A police patrol car from station Freising of the Bavarian State Police division Highway Patrol performing a traffic break to slow down traffic on all 5 lanes of northbound highway 9 just outside of the Bavarian capital city of Munich. Someone reported stuff lying around in the middle of the highway, usually the police removes them but in this case the Highway Maintenance Authority waited already on the shoulder. By slowing down traffic the police creates creates a safe workzone. At 1:10 in the video you can see in the distance how the worker goes onto the highway to pick up the parts, afterwards they slowly proceed with the van to check if further parts are on the highway
