I used 2 tsp maca and 1 tsp ashwagandha powders • 1 TBSP nut or coconut butter (unsweetened coconut flakes are also great) • 1 - 2 dates (Swap: lucuma powder, maple syrup, or omit extra sweetener) • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract • Any other spices you like.
