Yes or No; • Passport (White Background) • Physically Challenged • Nationality • State of Origin • Local Government Area • Present Contact Address • Permanent Address • Town/Village • Next of Kin Data • Institution Attended (Primary School, Secondary School and Higher Institution) • Military Personnel/Paramilitary/National Award Honour Details (if among) • Nigerian Language(s) you speak • Nigerian State(s) visited • Kits Specification (Shirt Size and Trouser Size) • Things to Do (NYSC Registration) • Before Registration • For locally trained graduates, only those whose names appear on the senate/academic board approved result lists submitted by their institutions will have access to register on the NYSC portal. • Have a functional email address or create a functional email address if you don’t have one before. • Locally trained prospective corps members are expected to use correct institution matriculation numbers to register. • During Registration • • • Create an account with your functional email address on the NYSC registration portal. • Activate your newly created account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email address supplied during account creation. • Fill your details. • Capture Biometric.
