Did you ever watch the amazing contortionists from Cirque du Soleil? When I was a little girl I would watch them perform in awe, and I never thought I would ever be able to do anything like them. I thought they were born to be that way. Little did I know that with proper training anything is possible. I started to train in the art of Contortion when I turned 30. • I never expected to really be able to accomplish much because of my age. As many people think, I also thought it was going to be extremely painful and I would have back pain every day from stretching this way. The crazy part is, through my training I learned that if you train the right way it does not cause pain and stiffness. • My transformation and journey through the art of Contortion were life-changing.
