Your tour begins with a 2 mile paddle along the tropical waterways of the Wailua River with the safety and expertise of your guide. Paddle past Kamokila Hawaiian Village where the movie Outbreak was filmed. We bank our kayaks and begin our 1 mile journey through a tropical rainforest which was once reserved for Hawaiian royalty; it is a very sacred and special place to the Hawaiian people. • • Along the hike, your friendly and knowledgeable guide will show you ancient Hawaiian sites and will point out the various flora and fauna along the way. In addition to the vast history of the Wailua Valley, your guide will show you remains where the first Hawaiians lived in the area 1,500 years ago. • • The grand finale is a short hike to the beautiful 125ft. Uluwehi Falls (Secret Falls) where you can take pictures, swim, play under the waterfall and enjoy a deli lunch.
