This DATRON high-speed milling machine is equipped with a CleanCut dust-extraction system, vacuum table workholding, and 3D probing used for surface scanning in this application. Here we are milling G10 sheet material held with the vacuum table and you'll notice virtually debris-free milling due to the CleanCut system. The tool we are using is a 6mm micro-toothed end mill made by DATRON.
