This is a delicious raw vegan snack made from my homegrown papayas. • Every morning I am blessed with so many papayas from my permaculture garden and its the first year that I harvest more than I can eat. It became part of my morning routine to go outside and check all the trees for ripe fruits and take them down before they get eaten up by the birds and squirrels (they still get their share from trees that I do not reach :) • I include papaya in each of my meals and they can be eaten in all ripening stages, what makes this fruit so versatile.
