#friedchicken Fried Chicken, using buttermilk and a spiced flour mixture. Links and Recipe Below. • Amazon Link to my Deep Fryer: http://amzn.to/2o96BNk • 3 cups unbleached Flour, Grind up 1 cup corn meal, 1 cup frosted flakes, 1 tbs Paprika, 1 tbs onion powder, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs cumin, 1 tbs of coriander, 1 tbs oregano, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 tbs salt, 2 tbs pepper,1 tsp basil, 1/3 cup corn starch. ( for spicy add 1 tbs of Cheyenne pepper) I like my Chicken well done to proper internal temp.
