Transcriptomics 2 is a course about gene expression analysis. After we processed the data and obtained the gene expression table, how can we use it to study variation in expression between conditions? We will use the example we started in Transcriptomics 1 to learn about statistical analysis methods that will help us understand the difference between ER+ and TN breast cancer subtypes. Other elements of statistical analysis like p-value, false discovery rate , t-test and regression will be covered.
