Joint Freeing Series adapted from Mukunda Stiles and Antonio Sausys. To practice daily to improve the mobility of each joint or as Antonio uses it, as an Energy Flow Series to move energy throughout the body to keep blockages from forming. Perform 3 movements of each and it should only take about 10 minutes. Take time to notice how you feel before and after each movement. And make sure to move with your breath.
