Welcome back friends! • It was about time to put together a new leg workout for you targeting trouble areas for many women - your thighs! These exercises require no equipment, just roll out your mat and we gonna do all of the exercises on it. And stay with me after the workout for couple of stretches. • The goal of these exercises are to slim and tone your saddlebags, as well as outer and inner thighs. I recommend to combine this routine into your workout plan few times a week for quicker result.
