Bajre ke Aate ke Ladoo recipe - Millet Flour Laddu Recipe • Bajra atta laddu recipe in Hindi - http://nishamadhulika.com/1103-bajra-... • • Millet Flour Ladu Recipe in English - http://indiangoodfood.com/446-bajra-a... • Ingredients • Millet flour - 1.5 cup (200 grams) • Jaggery - 1 cup (250 grams) • Ghee - 1/2 cup (150 grams) • Cashews - 10-12 • Almonds - 10-12 • Edible gum (Gond) - 2 tbsp • Coconut - 2-3 tbsp (grated) • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp • Directions • Getting ready: • 1.Coarsely crush the jaggery. • Making: • 2.Heat some ghee in a wok or pan and add gond. Deep fry until puffs ups and turns golden brown in color. Transfer the fried gond in a plate. • 3.Now add millet flour in the same wok and stir constantly till you see slight change in color, ghee starts leaving the edges and it gets aromatic. It takes 15 minutes. Transfer the roasted flour in a separate bowl. • 4.Place the coarsely crushed jaggery in the same wok and let it dissolve completely. Turn off the flame then. • 5.Next, mix all the following ingredients in the roasted flour - chopped almonds, cashews, grated coconut, gond, cardamom powder and melted jaggery. Mix everything well. • 6.Then bind small to medium size balls from the mixture to make ladoo.
