Pumpernickel Rye Bread Recipe

This is my pumpernickel rye bread recipe. I hope you enjoy! 🥖 • Recipe: • 1 3/4 cups water • 3 cups flour • 1 cup pumpernickel rye meal • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 tbsp molasses • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tsp yeast • 2 tsp salt • Optional: onion powder and garlic powder • Bake 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes in a Dutch oven with the lid on.
