I show how to repair a treadmill walking belt that slips or stops sometimes when your foot comes down as you are running or walking. The most common reasons for this are a loose walking belt, or friction between the deck and the belt. It is also possible that the drive belt is damaged or worn out. Or if could be the walking belt itself is worn out.
